RS 13:1889.2 - City Court of Bossier City; expenses A. The expenses of operation and maintenance of the courtroom and offices of the City Court of Bossier City shall be borne solely by the city of Bossier City. B. Any excess in funds derived from costs imposed and collected by the court in civil matters remaining on December 31, 2001, and each year thereafter on December thirty-first may be transferred to the general operational fund of the court, which fund is under the exclusive control and supervision of the judge.
