RS 13:1890 - Seal of court Each city court shall be provided with a seal which shall contain a vignette of the state seal, with the words 'Seal of the City Court of (name of city court),' which shall be used on all orders, writs, and processes issuing from the court. The absence of the seal shall not affect the validity of such documents. Added by Acts 1960, No. 32, §3, eff. Jan. 1, 1961.
