RS 13:1901 - Sessions of court A city court shall be open every day for the transaction of the judicial business before it, except on legal holidays, and shall hold its sessions in accordance with the rules and regulations it may adopt. Added by Acts 1960, No. 32, §3, eff. Jan. 1, 1961.
