RS 13:2072.1 - Bogalusa; court costs A. The city prosecutor shall be entitled to court costs assessed against every defendant who is convicted after trial or after he pleads guilty to a traffic violation or misdemeanor. Such court costs shall not exceed twenty-five dollars for each traffic violation or misdemeanor. B. The sums collected under Subsection A of this Section shall be remitted monthly by the clerk of court of the city of Bogalusa to the city prosecutor of the city of Bogalusa to be used in defraying the expenses of his office.
