RS 13:2074 - Hammond; fees of district attorney In all cases in which a defendant has been convicted in the city court of Hammond for an offense against the state or parish, the district attorney who has made an appearance in the case either in person or through an assistant district attorney appointed by him shall receive the fees provided by law in such cases, which shall be paid by the city of Hammond.
