RS 13:2075 - Jennings; employment of marshal as police officer The city of Jennings may employ the marshal of the city court of Jennings as a full-time or a part-time police officer for the city, and may pay him additional compensation therefor. This employment, which may be discontinued at any time, shall not interfere with his duties as marshal of the city court. Acts 1960, No. 32, §3, eff. Jan. 1, 1961.
