RS 13:2079 - Lake Charles; compensation of deputy marshals; secretary A. Deputy marshals of the city court of Lake Charles who are employed on a full time basis shall be paid an annual minimum salary of four thousand eight hundred dollars, payable monthly on their own warrants and in equal proportions by the city of Lake Charles and the parish of Calcasieu. B. Deputy marshals of the city court of Lake Charles who are employed on a part time basis shall be paid an annual minimum salary of twelve hundred dollars, payable monthly on their own warrants and in equal proportions by the city of Lake Charles and the parish of Calcasieu. C. The marshal of the city court of Lake Charles may appoint a secretary or stenographer at a salary to be fixed and paid in equal proportions by the respective governing authorities of the city of Lake Charles and the parish of Calcasieu, provided that the annual salary of the secretary or stenographer shall be not less than three thousand three hundred dollars, payable monthly.
