RS 13:2089.3 - City judge of West Monroe; vacation; compensation of judge ad hoc A. The judge of the city court of the city of West Monroe, Louisiana, shall be entitled to an annual vacation of three weeks, during which time his compensation shall continue to be paid. B. The judge ad hoc appointed by the city judge to serve in his place during the period of vacation provided for in Subsection A hereof shall be paid an amount proportionate to the salary of the city judge for the time served, such compensation to be payable by the city of West Monroe and the parish of Ouachita, in the same proportions by which the city judge is paid.
