RS 13:2095.2 - Pineville; marshal; fees in criminal matters A. The marshal of the Pineville City Court shall collect a fee of thirty dollars for each service of process rendered in all traffic and criminal matters. B. The sum of monies collected under the provisions of Subsection A shall be deposited in the marshal's general fund to supplement the operational expenses of the marshal's office. The expenditure of the funds shall be at the sole discretion of the marshal of the court. All funds shall be subject to and included in the marshal's annual audit. A copy of the audit shall be filed with the legislative auditor who shall make it available for public inspection. C. The assessment and disposition of any funds pursuant to this Section shall not affect the responsibilities of the city and parish governing authorities provided by law for the financing of the marshal's office of the city court of Pineville.
