RS 13:2100 - City Court of Minden; deputy clerks; compensation The judge of the city court of Minden may appoint such deputy clerks as he deems necessary. The salaries of the deputy clerks shall be jointly fixed and paid in equal proportions by the city of Minden and the parish of Webster, or may be fixed by the judge of the city court and paid from available criminal court funds.
