RS 13:2101 - City Court of Minden; deputy marshals; compensation The marshal of the city court of Minden shall be authorized to appoint such deputy marshals as he deems necessary. The salaries of the deputy marshals shall be jointly fixed and paid in equal proportions by the city of Minden and the parish of Webster, or may be fixed by the judge of the city court and paid from the marshal's operating fund.
