RS 13:2149 - Authority of city attorney of city of Thibodaux The city attorney of the city of Thibodaux shall have authority to prosecute state misdemeanors before the city court of Thibodaux and to represent the state in juvenile matters before said court. Added by Acts 1974, No. 400, §1.
