RS 13:2152.3 - First City Court; Second City Court; qualifications of judges Judges of the First and Second City Courts of the city of New Orleans shall have been admitted to the practice of law in the state of Louisiana for at least eight years prior to their election, and shall have been qualified resident electors of the territorial jurisdiction of the court for at least one year prior to their election.
