RS 13:2154.1 - Authority of clerk of court of First City Court of New Orleans to satisfy the docket The clerk of court of the First City Court of the city of New Orleans and/or his designated assistants shall have the authority to 'satisfy the docket' or to sign the docket of said court, on behalf of any plaintiff's attorney who has given said clerk his written consent.
