RS 13:2485.15 - Salary of clerk The salary of the clerk shall be a minimum of $150.00 per month if the population of the territorial jurisdiction of the court is less than 10,000 and a minimum of $250.00 per month if the population of the territorial jurisdiction of the court is 10,000 or more. Such salary shall be paid in equal proportions by the town or city of Leesville and the police jury of the parish of Vernon, state of Louisiana, or in such proportions as they may determine.
