RS 13:2488.21 - Establishment 'The City Court of Baker Louisiana' hereafter referred to as 'The city court' as now or hereafter established by and in the Home Rule Charter of the city of Baker is hereby ratified and confirmed, and is hereby declared to be established and to exist as provided in said home rule charter, subject to the provisions of the charter and of this Part.
