RS 13:2488.33 - Recusation of judge The city judge may recuse himself or may be recused as provided by law. In case of absence or incapacity or recusation of the city judge, a judge ad hoc shall be appointed in the manner provided by law. In the event of the failure or inability of the city judge to make such appointment, a district judge of the district in which the city court is situated may make such appointment.
