RS 13:2562.1 - Creation; territorial boundaries There is hereby created a court to be known and designated as 'The Second Parish Court for the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana,' the territorial boundaries of which shall be Wards 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 11 of the Parish of Jefferson, which is composed of all of that territory in the Parish of Jefferson lying west of the Mississippi River.
