RS 13:2562.6 - Election of judge; terms The first judge of this court shall be elected at the next general election following the enactment of this Part and he shall serve until the next election for judges of the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District Court, and thereafter, shall be elected, take office and serve a six year term concurrently with that of the judges of the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District Court.
