RS 13:2590.2 - Clerk of court appointment in Jefferson Parish Notwithstanding the provision of R.S. 42:63(D), the elected clerk of the court of the parish of Jefferson shall serve as ex officio clerk of court for a consolidated Justice of the Peace Litter Court of Jefferson Parish.
