RS 13:2619 - Ward 1, justice of the peace court, Allen Parish; constable; use of surplus automobiles The local governing authority having territorial jurisdiction over Ward 1, Allen Parish, may authorize the constable of Ward 1, justice of the peace court, Allen Parish, to use any surplus automobile in the possession of the governing authority. A clearly visible sign or decal with the insignia of the court shall be placed on the vehicle designating that the vehicle is being used as an official vehicle for the constable of Ward 1, justice of the peace court, in Allen Parish.
