RS 13:313 - Expenses of judges of courts of appeal; reimbursement Judges of courts of appeal shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred while absent from their respective parishes of residence on official duty, and provision for payment of such expenses shall be included by the legislature in the general expense appropriation of the respective courts of appeal.
