RS 13:3276 - Appeal; execution of judgment An appeal may be granted by the court to which an action or proceeding was transferred and which rendered the judgment therein, and the judgment rendered therein may be enforced or executed, in the same manner as if the action or proceeding had been instituted in such court initially.
