RS 13:3434 - Security The court shall order the curator to furnish security, within ten days of the appointment, in a form and in an amount determined by the court as adequate to protect the interests of the absent person. The court may order the security to be increased, diminished, or replaced at any time for circumstances which the court may consider proper. Acts 1990, No. 989, §4, eff. Jan. 1, 1991.
