RS 13:36 - Powers of commission In the course of any investigation or hearing held by the commission, it may administer oaths or affirmations, subpoena witnesses, compel their attendance, examine them under oath or affirmation, and require the production of books, records, documents, or other evidence deemed relevant or material to the investigation or hearing.
