RS 13:3859 - Cancellation of inscription of notice on release of property from seizure If the property is released from seizure, the sheriff shall issue to the recorder of mortgages written authorization for the cancellation of the inscription in the mortgage records of the notice described in R.S. 13:3852; and the recorder of mortgages shall cancel such inscription in the records of his office.
