RS 13:4111 - Venue of executory proceeding against continuous tract of land in different parishes An executory proceeding to enforce a mortgage or privilege affecting the whole of a continuous tract of land situated partly in different parishes, at the option of the plaintiff, may be brought at the domicile of the defendant, or in any parish where a portion of the tract is situated.
