RS 13:43 - Member qualifications; terms of office; chairman Members of the commission shall be residents and qualified voters of the state of Louisiana. Members shall serve four-year terms and vacancies shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointment. The commission shall elect one of its members chairman. Acts 1995, No. 1077, §1.
