RS 13:4343 - Property in two or more parishes; place of sale and advertisement In all judicial sales, where the property to be sold is situated in two or more parishes, such property may be sold in the respective parishes where it is situated, or all of such property may be sold in the parish wherein the order of sale issues. In either event the property shall be advertised for sale in the parishes where situated.
