RS 13:4407 - Newspaper advertisement of judicial sales In the parish of Orleans, any advertisement for the judicial sale of immovable property under this Chapter shall contain the docket number of the suit, the case name of the parties involved, the date of the sale, the municipal address of the property subject to such sale or, if no municipal address is available, the district, lot, and square number, the amount of the writ of seizure and sale, the place and time of the sale, the terms of the sale, and the name and telephone number of the attorney representing the creditor.
