RS 13:4439 - Triplicate copies of transcripts of appeal to supreme court The clerks of the district courts of the various parishes including the parish of Orleans, without extra charge, shall make all transcripts of appeal to the supreme court in triplicate. Where a note of evidence has been taken in the case, a copy of the note of evidence shall be embraced in each triplicate copy of the record, and the whole as thus made up shall be forwarded to the clerk of the supreme court, who shall file the triplicate copies and preserve the same for the use of the court.
