RS 13:4685 - Construction of R.S. 13:4682 through 13:4685; intention Nothing herein contained shall be so construed as to hamper the supreme court in the performance of its judicial functions, it being the sole purpose and intention of R.S. 13:4682 through 13:4685 to provide for the preservation of duplicate records no longer necessary for the business of the court.
