RS 13:4725 - Contempt of court; penalty The violation of any judgment, interlocutory order or decree, injunction or restraining order, issued in any cause under this Sub-part shall constitute contempt of court; and the maintenance or operation of a nuisance as defined in R.S. 13:4721 by any person previously enjoined under the provisions of this Sub-part in any jurisdiction in the state from maintaining such a nuisance, is hereby declared to be contempt of the court in the jurisdiction where the nuisance is maintained, punishable upon the mere showing of the previous injunction and the maintenance of such nuisance. Any person found guilty of contempt of court under the provisions of this Sub-part shall, for each offense, be fined not less than one hundred dollars nor more than two hundred and fifty dollars, and imprisoned for not less than thirty days nor more than six months.
