RS 13:48 - Salary as recommended by the Judicial Compensation Commission Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, and subject to an annual appropriation for such purposes, the actual salary of the supreme court, court of appeal, and district court judges shall be increased by four and one-half, four and six-tenths, and four and nine-tenths percent, respectively, each year on July 1, 2006, and on July 1, 2007, and further that the state-paid actual salary of city court and parish court judges shall be increased by four and nine-tenths percent each year on July 1, 2006, and on July 1, 2007, subject to an annual appropriation for such purposes.
