RS 13:4819 - Same; qualifications of special commissioner The special commissioner appointed under the authority of R.S. 13:4818 through 13:4827 shall be learned in the law and shall have practiced law or shall have held judicial position in this state for five years, and shall have been an actual resident of the district for at least three years next preceding their appointment.
