RS 13:4822 - Same; contents of report In the reports made by the special commissioner to the court, no part of any statement of facts, charge, affidavit, deposition or answer brought in or used before him shall be stated or recited but such statement of facts, charge, affidavit, deposition or answer shall be identified, specified and referred to so as to inform the court of what was brought before the special commissioner.
