RS 13:4827 - Same; costs on exceptions To prevent exceptions to reports from being filed, from fraudulent causes or from mere delay, the parties whose exceptions are overruled for every exception overruled shall pay costs for the mass and for every exception allowed shall be entitled to costs from the mass.
