RS 13:4872 - Admission or denial of genuineness The plaintiff may require the defendant to admit or deny the genuineness of any document which is produced, independently or in connection with the testimony of any witness, or which is listed by a party not a defendant in pursuance of R.S. 13:4869, or which a sworn copy of which is produced by a party not a defendant in compliance with a subpoena duces tecum. The genuineness of any document so admitted by a defendant, or any document listed by a defendant in pursuance of R.S. 13:4869 or produced by a defendant in compliance with a subpoena duces tecum, may not be questioned by any defendant in the action in any other action between the plaintiff and him.
