RS 13:5003 - Powers of Supreme Court The Supreme Court, in the exercise of its original jurisdiction in such cases, may grant all orders and may issue and may cause to be issued all writs, summons, warrants, commissions and all other process that may be necessary to secure a fair hearing and just trial thereof.
