RS 13:5090 - Decree and evidence admissible in other cases when facts in issue Where a decree is entered against a defendant in any proceeding under R.S. 13:5081 through 13:5089, such decree and any and all evidence of facts found by the court in support of the decree shall be admissible in evidence against the same defendant in any state court in any suit which shall be filed when such facts are again in issue.
