RS 13:5591 - Execution to collect fees If the party liable fails to pay the fees of the sheriff after they have become due and collectible, the sheriff, upon filing a detailed bill of the fees, with an affidavit showing their correctness and that demand has been made on the party liable, shall be entitled to immediate execution therefor against the party liable and his security.
