RS 13:585 - Nomination and election held under the primary and general election laws Any nomination and election of candidates for office of district judgeship shall be held and conducted in accordance with and under the primary and general election laws of this state. All nominating and election officials and other persons provided for by said laws, shall provide for the execution of the provisions of R.S. 13:582 through 13:584.
