RS 13:5908 - Disbursements from special district funds All funds collected by the special district shall be paid into the sheriff's general fund, which shall be disbursed by the sheriff in accordance with law. Expenditures from the sheriff's general fund shall be subject to the public bid laws of the state of Louisiana. Added by Acts 1976, No. 689, §1.
