RS 13:5935 - Powers of officials not diminished It is the purpose of this Chapter to create a special commission for the financing of the criminal justice system in the Twenty-Seventh Judicial District as it relates to the district judges, the district attorney, and the clerk of court. Nothing contained herein shall be interpreted as diminishing any of the authority of the district judges, the district attorney, or clerk of court as delegated to them by the constitution and laws of this state.
