RS 13:694 - District judges and judges of the courts of appeal to be reimbursed traveling and hotel expenses District judges and judges of the courts of appeal shall be reimbursed actual traveling and hotel expenses incurred in the discharge of their official duties. The supreme court, by rule, shall define the conditions under which such allowances will be granted. No allowance shall be granted for round trips of less than ten miles from the judge's bona fide residence to the place or places where he performs the official duties of his office.
