RS 13:698.1 - Reimbursement for traveling and hotel expenses and office expenses that exceed the maximum set for reimbursement A. A district judge who incurs traveling or hotel expenses in excess of the limits established in R.S. 13:694 may claim reimbursement for such excess expense from the expense fund authorized to him by R.S. 13:698 or R.S. 13:1341.2. B. A district judge who incurs office expenses in excess of the limits established in R.S. 13:698 or R.S. 13:1341.2 may claim reimbursement for such excess expense from the expense fund authorized to him by R.S. 13:694.
