RS 13:700 - Fourth Judicial District; law clerks Each judge of the Fourth Judicial District is hereby authorized to employ a law clerk, provided funds are available, to perform such research duties as the judge who employs the law clerk may assign. The salary of each such law clerk shall be fixed and paid on the warrant of the employing judge. Added by Acts 1980, No. 575, §1.
