RS 13:700.2 - Sixth Judicial District; law clerks Each judge of the Sixth Judicial District may employ a law clerk, provided funds are available, to perform such research duties as the judge who employs the law clerk may assign. The salary of each such law clerk shall be fixed and paid on the warrant of the employing judge. Acts 1984, No. 144, §1.
