RS 13:756.1 - Ascension Parish; branch office A. The clerk of court of the parish of Ascension shall establish and maintain a branch office on the East Bank of the Mississippi River in the parish of Ascension. B. The governing authority of the parish of Ascension shall make an office available without cost to the state for the establishment and maintenance of said branch office.
