RS 13:916 - Time for recording when appeal dismissed In case no judgment is rendered in the appellate court, because the appeal is dismissed, the clerk shall record the pleadings and order of dismissal, as directed by the preceding section, within six months from the notice of the dismissal or discontinuance being filed in the court.
